PB Return & Shipping Policy
Order Issues:
The supplier is responsible for reshipping and refunding in the following cases:
- Received incorrect product or style.
- Received incorrect size.
- Received incorrect color.
- Missing products in the order.
- Actual size differs by more than 3cm from the size chart.
Non-Refundable and Non-Reshippable Cases:
The supplier is not responsible for reshipping and refunding in the following cases:
- Size issues:
- Size does not fit.
- Size is too small/too large.
- Sleeves are too short/too long.
- Size discrepancy within a reasonable range from the size chart.
- Customer dissatisfaction without a specific issue.
Quality Issues:
The supplier is responsible for reshipping and refunding in the following cases:
- Defective products (e.g., malfunctioning zippers, holes, missing accessories).
- Packaging damaged upon arrival.
The supplier is not responsible for reshipping and refunding in the following cases:
- Packaging damaged due to mishandling when opening.
- Product matches the sample, but the customer claims it does not match the description.
- Poor quality (product is not damaged).
- Product matches the sample, but the customer is dissatisfied.
Notes:
- Customers must provide sufficient information about order/quality issues for the supplier to approve and process the order.
- The supplier will approve and process refunds or reshipments.

Logistics Issues:
The supplier is responsible for reshipping and refunding in the following cases
Orders not delivered within the specified time frame:
- EU and USA: More than 35 days.
- Other countries/regions: More than 37 days.
- Calendar days from the date of shipment.
Lost in transit:
- The supplier will verify the package status with the courier company.
- Reshipment: Please reconfirm the address with the customer.
Frozen (no tracking updates):
- EU and USA: More than 30 days.
- Other countries/regions: More than 32 days.
- Calendar days calculated from the last update date of the package.
Not delivered:
- If the shipping information is complete and correct.
The supplier is not responsible for reshipping and refunding in the following cases:
- The customer requests a refund after the package is delivered (signed).
- The tracking shows delivered, but the customer did not receive the package and requests reshipment or refund.
