Which products are in stock?
We do not publish a product inventory catalog. If the products you request a quote for are in stock, you will benefit from faster same-day pickup and packaging services.
How do I know if you can source my product?
If you can find the product on AliExpress, there is a high likelihood we can find the manufacturer. As long as the product is still in production and there are no exclusive manufacturing contracts or trademarks, our sourcing team can almost always locate the product.
How does PB Dropshipping handle IOSS for Euro customers?
The handling of IOSS for Euro customers depends on specific VAT notifications. We will manage this process according to the relevant VAT guidelines.

Do you have requirements for filling the SKU field in my store?
The PB Dropshipping team can assist with filling in SKU information. However, some Shopify stores require the SKU field to be filled and cannot be left blank. If it is a required field, it is best for the customer to fill in the SKU in the format "Product Title + Color + Size" beforehand.
Are there discounts for bundled orders to the same address?
Yes. Bundled orders receive discounts as they do not incur additional barcode fees for extra packages. However, charges are still based on weight.
How long does it take to complete an order?
Delivery/processing time typically ranges from 1-3 days, depending on the manufacturer's responsiveness. The fulfillment team will inform you of any production delays before your customers make a purchase. Free stock will be provided for popular items, unlocking same-day pickup and packaging.
What software do you use to fulfill orders?
MaBang ERP 3 is our fulfillment team's preferred software—one of the most powerful ERPs on the market. Customers can also choose to send .CSV files.
How does PB Dropshipping handle quotes?
Quotes are processed after receiving product information, usually in the form of AliExpress links, Shopify links, or detailed photos. Alibaba links are preferred as they contain detailed product information, helping our agents find manufacturers. Once a manufacturer is found, our agents will communicate with your fulfillment team via Skype, WhatsApp, or Slack and provide an all-inclusive quote to package and ship the desired products to the destination country. You only pay the quoted price, nothing more.
What does the quote include?
Everything. The quote you receive from PB Dropshipping includes the cost of goods, shipping, and any other fees. What you see in the quote is all you need to pay.
If I sell clothing, do you provide size charts?
Yes. We provide size charts and adjusted size charts tailored to your target market. Clothing labels can also be adjusted accordingly.
Do I need to notify you of new orders?
If our agents are connected to your store, fulfillment will be handled automatically. If there are any alerts that require your attention, you will be notified immediately.
I have my own suppliers. Will PB Dropshipping work with them?
Absolutely! We are happy to continue working with any supplier relationships you have established and plan to maintain.
If I want your team to help me purchase in bulk and store it in your warehouse, do I need to pay all the fees upfront?
For ongoing orders, bulk purchasing can be arranged. Bulk purchases must be paid for in advance, and customers will receive updated inventory information. New clients cannot purchase bulk products until notified by the fulfillment team.

What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer extended payment terms?
Extended payment terms can be arranged on a case-by-case basis. For customers with stable orders and a long-term partnership, extended payment terms can be offered to help improve cash flow.
When is payment due?
Payment must be confirmed before parcels are shipped.
PACKAGING
Do you offer custom packaging?
Yes, we do. We can provide any packaging you desire, including logos, custom inserts, and cards. We'll help you create a memorable unboxing experience for your customers. The fulfillment team will inform you of the required images and files for printing. The daily order quantity for custom packaging is 100 orders.
What custom packaging options do you have?

Does the packaging contain Chinese characters?
Products are shipped with the original equipment manufacturer's packaging, and clothing is sent in blank mail bags. Products are then packed in blank cartons or standard mail bags without any Chinese characters.
What is the difference in shipping times and prices between premium and standard lines?
Premium lines are available for select routes and offer faster delivery at a higher cost compared to standard lines. Prices depend on the destination country, as well as the size and weight of the parcels.
SHIPPING
What are the shipping costs to somewhere?
Shipping costs are calculated per shipment. Factors such as parcel size, weight, and destination are considered. The all-inclusive product quote provided by our sourcing agents includes all shipping fees and handling charges.
Are all packages delivered within the specified time frame?
YunExpress routes have a success rate of over 98% for on-time deliveries. The average is updated monthly based on real global data.
How long is the shipping time?
YunExpress is our main courier service, and shipping times depend on the destination country. As of May 2024, the global average is 8 calendar days.
What products cannot be shipped?
YunExpress does not accept liquids over 500ml, counterfeit products, hazardous materials, and prohibited items (such as pure batteries, banned liquids, explosive powders, firearms, and ammunition). Products with built-in batteries and accompanying batteries are accepted.
