At PB Dropship, we partner with suppliers who house the products. When you make a purchase through our website, we forward the order to the supplier who then ships the product directly to you.

Shipping and Tracking
Shipping times vary depending on the supplier and product. Generally, it ranges from 2 to 4 weeks. However, specific shipping details are provided on each product page.
Yes, we do! Once your order is processed and shipped, we provide tracking details. Please allow a few days for the tracking information to be updated after shipment.
You can track your order by visiting the “Track Order” section on our website. Enter your order number and email address to retrieve the latest status of your shipment.
Order Management
Due to our automated system, orders are processed quickly. Please reach out to us immediately if you need to cancel or modify an order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn’t been fulfilled yet.
In the rare event of a lost package, please contact us immediately. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue, either by issuing a refund or sending a replacement.
